If paid plans are introduced, pricing, billing cadence, and cancellation terms will be disclosed in-app or at purchase.
4. Intellectual Property
Studio Cam, including software, branding, and related content, is owned by SQQCC and protected by intellectual property laws.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Studio Cam is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, SQQCC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the app.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if needed for security, legal, or operational reasons.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after updates means acceptance of revised terms.
